Some Kind Of Show

Fire pit episodes: Number 3 We try a beer, we talk camping, camping, and more camping; and is there a week long trip in our futures? Enjoy our chat, we know we did. It’s been 3 years since Spaulding was taken from us. I recommend everyone go back and listen to episode 50, we talk all about the breadth and scope of our relationships, and how much we mean to each other. In lieu of that, maybe just take some time to remember. Remember his laugh, remember his face, remember the big things and the little things. He’s gone, but not forgotten. I,for one, would like to walk around for a bit with a smile on my face replaying some of my favorite moments we shared. Like, whenever we would listen to Flogging Molly’s song ‘Black Friday Rule’ there is a line where they shout, “For, I am the king and shall long may I reign!” but regardless of how many times we would shout along, Spaulding would almost always mess up the lyrics. Fire pit episodes: Number 1 We relax by Keith’s fire pit to discuss Bobby’s birthday while having a flight of whiskey, we take listener submitted questions, and enjoy the day along with each other’s company.

We are podcasting from yet another secret hideout. We try a beer while we talk about our Zoom issues, we give much praise to those who are in the medical profession and risking so much to keep morons like us safe and alive, and we finish off with a medical quiz. 

From an undisclosed location we practice social distancing while managing to look upon one another in person. We fail to stop talking about Covid 19, we fail to get a guest on the phone, and we fail to enjoy the candy canes Bobby brought. It’s good to be back.

More goodness from, “The Old Times”.  Dean “The Hockman” Hockley joins us to try a beer which prompts Keith to talk about booze. Bobby disappears for a bit, and Siegs bitches about Old White Men. We all blather on about inappropriate touching for the remainder of the show.

The (un)Official first show Exactly 9 years ago today, a young(er) Siegs had an idea to start a podcast. He invited Bobby over to help, and the result was...uh, just take a listen.

This episode was recorded prior to the quarantine. Ah, the days before Zoom, we remember them so fondly. Dean “The Hockman” Hockley joins us to discuss this whole ‘COVID-19’ thing that everyone is talking about. Bobby bails, bidets are mentioned, T.P. runs low, and a General Knowledge Quiz is had.

This week the show picks up a strange signal from somewhere in the Southwest. It turns out to be Ira in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The guys chat with Ira about how things are going over his way. They have fun, they have a discussion, and they have only thirty or forty technical issues.

In our continuing quest to report on all the goings on of what is quickly becoming the new normal, we reach out to Nashville, Tennessee to chat with Kristen Merlin and Keith’s sister Rachel. We find out the situation out there and get their take on this strange new world.

With the current situation of Shelter In Place and Quarantine, we’re having to resort to conference calls to bring you the mediocre irratainment that you’re used to. The audio quality of this, along with subsequent episodes, will be less than stellar. With that being said, we have Frownz from Park and Spark  back on the show! He joins us to discuss what our plans are for this whole thing going on, and what we think will happen in the future. Enjoy, and stay safe and healthy.
