A leading homeless charity fears Clare's emergency accommodation figures are becoming normalised. Although Clare saw a slight dip in its homeless figures last week, 87 adults were still living in hotels, b&bs and support hubs. MidWest Simon meanwhile has also noted a marked increase in the number of young working families trying to access local services. CEO Niall Garvey says there are innovative solutions available but they need to be explored.
