Simon Flemming is a senior orthopaedics trainee and former President of the British Orthopaedics Trainee Association (BOTA). He is currently working on his Medical Education PhD. He is the man behind the #HammerItOut campaign which tackles bullying, undermining and harassment in orthopaedics. The campaign has been so successful that other specialties are now following suit and Simon has become a leading voice for culture change in the NHS and global healthcare. Accompanying blog post here.
