A judge in California has ruled that your OSHA 300A is not confidential and should be released to the public. What does this mean for you?

If you’re an employee, has your employer asked you to perform an unsafe job and you want to know if you can refuse?  If you’re an employer, has an employee refused to complete a job task because he or she feels it’s unsafe? This podcast will cover both of these concerns.
