When you set goals, write them down. It also helps if tell a friend about your goals. That person may be able to help you and give you advice whether you reach your goal or not. Goal setting: How? Just do it and make sure to set those little goals and celebrate them regardless if they are small or big achievements. They motivate you and achieve more goals in the future.
