In our recap of the season one episode "The Itis" we talk about the eating habits of the black community, the authenticity of "black owned" business, and the affects of (reverse?) gentrification. 

In our 30th episode we talk donating to causes related to the Movement and if its effective OR legitimate, the eventual affects of ignoring coronavirus, DL Hughley's stage scare and Ja Rule's bizarre greek restaurant commercial. In sports we talk the Noose found in Bubba Wallace's stall and if the NBA can legitimately safely return. We also FINALLY get to talk new music and Mister raves about "The Plugs I Met" on it's first anniversary. Also Da 5 Bloods was pretty terrible. 

We culminate our recap of season one’s “The Return of the King” with a debate on whether Dr. King would be proud or ashamed of modern day African Americans.
