The transition coming back to work full force has been a little tricky, and I am fully aware of how fortunate I am to be able to slowly work my way back into my full work load. As an entrepreneur, taking an extended maternity leave with both of my children has been such a blessing, but for some it can seem impossible. Well boss ladies, here we are a month into Q4… and if you’re anything like me you are feeling the pressure. Since I took a good chunk of time off for maternity leave I’m having to work really hard not to go into overdrive and do too much to try to make those last Q4 and 2022 goals happen for me. But, I was thinking about it, and it isn’t necessarily maternity leave to blame for feeling this way. This is a pretty common feeling that I, and many women I work with, face every year. Time off or not. Now if you look back on some of our past episodes you will find tons of content on how to plan your quarter, how to make goals, and all the things it takes to “plan and execute a great quarter”, but what happens when you’re feeling the pressure?
