You Are NOT Your Resume
18/09/2019 Duración: 13minEpisode #58: Thank you all so much for tuning in to another episode of the SHE DID IT podcast. I am so grateful for each and every one of you! The real world is very different than life growing up. We are brought up in this system that encourages us to take a specific path, which we consider the “norm,” but it isn’t the norm for everyone. I have never had an issue getting a job or starting a business and most people say that I’m just different or that I’m lucky, but I believe that it is my mindset that got me here. …not to mention a lot of hard work. One thing that I have always believed is that we are NOT our resume. I have spoken about this before, and I think that if having a resume is your thing and you need it for whatever goal it is you are trying to reach or new position that is totally ok. I have zero judgement. This is my personal opinion that really has to do with mindset and how to achieve what we want in life, so if this has intrigued you a bit and you want to learn something new, then let’s dive

The TOUGHEST Decisions are the BEST Decisions!
05/09/2019 Duración: 13minEpisode #50: Dropping out of college and moving to Florida by myself at 20 wasn’t easy. When I got my first apartment, I remember just crying. No matter how tough the days were, I kept pushing forward because I saw the big picture. I knew that not everyday was going to be sunshine and rainbows. I knew that I might have to take a detour in my path. The tough decision to NOT run away, lead me to where I am today. Stick with your gut feeling because your gut feeling often requires you to make tougher decisions that lead to rewarding results.
