This podcast mashup is about something that I am most passionate about and I also think a lot about. It's a constant challenge to create a wonderful work environment without creating entitlement and keep people fired up to work for you. A lot of people are in jobs they don’t like because they tie themselves down with expenses that don’t actually make them happy. This clip from when I was in Helsinki is a really strong reminder of how I built my personal brand team - Team GaryVee and a great model to follow if you've hit the point in your personal brand development where you can bring some people on to exponentially grow the brand. I talk to an entrepreneur in Finland about the core players that I see as required on a team -  and the individual content they create, as well as scaling that team. 

Loved this conversation with Joshua Coombes around how I think about Giving in a 2019 world, especially in the non-profit world. I wrote Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook to explain this side of marketing, because most people that are offering to give, are really trying to take and most are not even aware of the vulnerability of their behavior. Document, don't create. This is one of my all-time theses, because it's the foundation that I built my brand on. I wasn't "creating" wine library TV, I was documenting myself. I'm documenting every day, between Dailyvee, my podcast and every one of my channels because it so accurately displays my passions, my strengths, my life, and my ideals. Eugene Remm is one of those rare people who I both genuinely like as a human being, and also has insane skills professionally.
