In yesterday's Network Call Gui and Jonas hosted an inquiry into what we're individually and collectively visioning for the Microsolidarity Network, and how it can support us in the year ahead. See the prompts written below, and feel free to share any of your own responses! We'll be taking them into consideration within any ideation and planning sessions during the upcoming winter Network Retreat in Spain next week. - What challenges and uncertainties are you expecting in the year ahead, for yourself, your community and our network? - What would become possible for your community if those challenges where no longer there? - How can the network support your community to move forward? - What is your vision for yourself, your community and our network?

For this month's Microsolidarity Network Call, Gui Trevisan led us through a connecting authentic relating game, surfacing topics that are present for each of us in our lives at the moment. Listen in to the conversation that followed as we reflected on what had come up in our smaller group conversations.

Karl Steyaert is an IFS Practitioner, NVC Trainer, Therapist,  Transformational Facilitator, and general change agent. Together with  Jocelyn Ames, Catherin Tran, and Nadine Helm, he hosted three  back-to-back month-long “Embodying Collective Transformation  Residencies” at the Life Itself Hub in Bergerac France, in the fall of  2022.    In this conversation, we explore some of the lessons learned from  running this massive community experiment. It feels like we only  scratched the surface. Still, there are definitely some nuggets in  there, including topics like framing an event like this, being explicit  about the purpose of any gathering, the nuanced challenges around  leadership that come with shifting roles during an event, how living  together in a close container produces a lot of learning material for  personal growth and how inner and interpersonal work relate to the  “world work”.   To get informed when the ECT team puts
