As college students return to campus this week (or head home from UNC, Notre Dame, and MSU), we at Time Sensitive wanted to reintroduce you to that douchey frat bro or the nerdy movie gal down the hall by describing the movie posters we all know they are currently pasting to their walls. From National Lampoon to Tarantino, we’ll break down those most recognizable college movie posters, our connections to them, and design our own dorm rooms as the newest members of the class of 2024.

Time Sensitive boards an international flight to Paris with a review of the 2019 French-language film "Les Misérables". Sharing a title, setting, and theme with the classic Victor Hugo novel (but no Broadway musical numbers), Ladj Ly’s Oscar-nominated film is a modern day cop thriller, both gripping and poignant, that holds a magnifying glass to the pandemic of police brutality and illuminates the birth of a new revolution.

The coronavirus pandemic took #TimeSensitive off the air for nearly four months, but our hiatus has been a minor side effect of COVID-19's impact on the film industry. Pending more film release delays or canceled film festivals due to Coronavirus, the #TimeSensitive panel is happy to share their most anticipated movies of 2020. Last year, this episode gave us "Booksmart", "Joker", and of course, "Little Women". Will this year's lineup create the same spectacle?

But we know your time is sensitive, so Sam, Kate, and Ian have each compiled a list of their five favorites from the year to share with you. We are SO EXCITED to kick off Season 2 with a #TimeSensitive review of Olivia Wilde's hilarious directorial debut, "Booksmart", starring Kaitlyn Dever and Beanie Feldstein as two overachieving best friends looking to cram four years of partying into one night before graduation. Happy New Year, #TimeSensitive fans! It feels like Kate has been talking about the new "Little Women" adaptation for 150 years (really it has been since Episode 4.5 back in April 2019), but we are SO happy to announce a special bonus episode as a THANK YOU gift to all of you. We are currently on our winter hiatus (Season 2 comes to you February 7, 2020), but we couldn't resist rushing a full review of Greta Gerwig's new film starring Saoirse Ronan, Florence Pugh, and Timothée Chalamet. SPOILER: We loved it so much that Sam and Ian are now Louisa May Alcott superfans.
