They both attended Syracuse University and graduated in 2003. Sebastian tells the story of him growing up having a passion for art. He enjoyed working with hands and fell in love with sculpting and the rest is history. He has done work everywhere from New York City to Washington DC. Commissioner Jacqie McWilliams is the first female to serve as Commissioner for the CIAA and first appointed African American female Commissioner representing NCAA Division I, II and III.
