We also hear from Crusaders halfback Andy Ellis ahead of their opening Super rugby match of the season. Marina Erakovic wins her first WTA tennis title and New Zealand Rowing welcome an Australian on board.

This week..... Super Rugby kicks off here, we preview the five local teams' chances. The Warriors head to Dunedin for their final pre-season hitout, and we talk to coach Matt Elliott. Ross Taylor muses about his comeback century and the pressure on him for the Black Caps, and the Breakers cool their heels with no NBL game at a crucial time in the champions' season.
