Maebe A Girl is running for the House of Representatives in California's District 28 (Super Tuesday, March 3rd). That's Adam Schiff's district. Maebe is running against him from the Left as a progressive. She currently sits on the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council. And she’s the first elected Drag Queen in the United States. No big deal but her drag show also just got voted best drag show in the country. I liked everything her website said about the issues. So I wanted to talk to her. And I wanted to share it with you. DeMorge is an insanely talented actor/writer/director in Los Angeles. He just got the lifetime achievement award from Channel 101. Brido mostly knows him from stand-up shows like Blam Blam Blam, which DeMorge produces. He also has a wide variety of interests, including boxing, F1 racing, and heavy metal. They get into all of it. Nick Rutherford is a great comedian. He was also in Good Neighbor with Kyle Mooney, Beck Bennett and Dave McCary. He’s been a writer for Saturday Night Live. He currently writes for Rick and Morty. Adam Burke ("Wait Wait Don't Tell Me") was in town from Chicago. He loves old Hollywood. So Adam and Brido discuss old movies, classic actors, Adam also explains Brexit, and a whole lot more. He's Australian, kind of. He's Northern Irish, kind of. He's British, kind of. He's American. But mainly... he's a hunk. Listen. 

Juli Grigsby is a professor of Anthropology. She specializes in Race and Ethnicity, Gender and Sexuality, Violence, African Diaspora, Economic and Social Inequalities, Crime, Health Disparities, U.S. Social Movements, Women’s Health and Community Organizing , Black Feminist Theory, and Critical Race Theory. Brido met her at a party. They started talking about hot button issues in both of their professions.Eventually there was a bit of a crowd gathering. Because people wanted to hear what she had to say about this stuff. And she was great at explaining it. So Brido asked her if she’d come on the show. She's awesome.

Gborie (the G is silent) is so fucking funny. His half hour on Comedy Central comes out TONIGHT! He and Brido discuss the murder of Michael Jordan's father, stand-up comedy, 80's music videos, professional wrestling, sports and mostly make each other laugh a bunch. You'll dig it.
