In this Sunday sermon (October 13th, 2019), Pastor Kelly Boyd preaches on the devotion for God that we are called to in this life and beyond, referencing the story of The Image of Gold and the Blazing Furnace from Daniel 3 and how, through their faith in the Lord, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego survived being thrown into the blazing furnace of King Nebuchadnezzar, which inspired him to promote them in the Province of Babylon for their unwavering devotion to God, even when faced with certain death; a devotion to Him of which we are all called to as disciples and followers of Christ.

In this Sunday sermon (September 29th, 2019), Reach Campus Ministry leader Daniel Lauterbach preaches on Paul's addressing of the Colossians and his emphasis on the understanding that essentially Jesus is everything, focusing on how God, through his Son, calls us to His way and rest for our souls, in place of the many tempting, yet self-destructive, ways of the world in of sin and our imperfect nature to be tested by it.

In this Sunday sermon (September 22nd, 2019), Marrieds Ministry Brother and Contributor Bradley Hansen preaches on the Book of Micah and the peoples' ownership of self-proclaimed, pocket-sized idols/statues, discussing the destructive nature of idolatry and how Christ calls us to seek His life-giving and life-sustaining way and share it with the world, rather than worship false idols and give in to the materialistically destructive ways of idolatry that are promoted therein.

In this Sunday sermon (September 15th, 2019), Pastor Kelly Boyd references 1 Peter 1 on being made of imperishable seed, along with short stories and his time at a mall arcade seeing a newly installed skee-ball game, as he preaches on how God calls us to living in His lane and staying in it, even when we are most tempted to say "I'd rather..." in life and do things our way instead, going down other lanes by way of our individual actions and influence from those living worldly lives all around us, which leads to disconnect and eventual death.  

In this Sunday sermon (September 1, 2019), Campus Ministry Leader Daniel Lauterbach preaches on placing our trust in God over the tempting, sinful things in this life that seek to consume us, referencing the story of the Golden Calf in Exodus 32 and Luke's account of Jesus' being tempted (tested) in the wilderness to explain how through the Lord's examples portrayed in scripture, God has placed himself and his creation in these tempting spaces throughout history to allow us to have, by example, an empathetic high priest (the Lord) to go to whenever we struggle in life.

In this special all church service comprised of Eugene and its house church extensions in Bend, Corvallis, and Salem, Pastor Kelly Boyd gives a raw and powerful message on endurance for God and seeking Him with our lives, whereas through reference to multiple analogous points throughout his life from his early days as a Disciple up to now, coupled with scripture of Jesus' teachings on eternal life and Paul's straight sharing of the gospel, we are offered a very personal and real understanding of how God constantly works through the ups and downs of our lives to bring us closer to Him, no matter where we are in our walk of life and the challenges we face.  

In this Sunday sermon (August 18, 2019), Campus Ministry Leader Daniel Lauterbach, along with his wife Stacey, and Campus Ministry Intern Connor Helton, utilize scripture and personal testimonies in preaching on how living God's way through the example set by Christ calls us to live by a sacrificial love, love from God that has us serving others first and foremost, essentially putting the lives of one another over our own so that we may learn and grow in our faith and walk with God in unity, rather than letting our own desires shape how we live in this life.

In this Sunday sermon (August 11, 2019), Worship Music Coordinator and former Singles Ministry Leader, Ben Sweeney, preaches on the differences between hope in the worldly sense (ie. the things we often put our hope in as imperfect beings, such as money, jobs, etc.), and seeking hope in the biblical sense, more specifically true hope that comes from God through Jesus Christ, and how placing our hope in the latter is how we were designed to live our lives as disciples/followers of Christ and, ultimately, children of God. 

In this Sunday sermon (August 4, 2019), Pastor Kelly Boyd preaches on Jesus' parables of the growing seed and the sower, explaining how we are called by Christ to lay down our lives for one another to grow in our spirituality and relationship with God and, in turn, our relationships with one another, and how we all seek being spiritually rooted in good soil (deeply rooted in our faith and devotion to God regardless of our constantly changing circumstances in life), rather than allowing ourselves to grow roots among thorns (letting our faith and devotion wain or die out during times of stress, anxiety, etc.), spring up too quickly and not take root, or fall along the path and not even reach the point of being planted in God's way for us in this life. In this special (and short) edition to the University Church of Eugene Sermons Podcast, Campus Ministry Leader Daniel Lauterbach preaches out at Loon Lake on the book of Philemon and how Philemon was known and recognized for effectively leading in the time of the first house churches by way of the notable, effective, and refreshing love he and the church he served lived by, such a love being the means by which we, as Christ's followers, may choose to live and serve by as well in our modern day efforts of evangelism and fellowship with one another. 

In this Sunday sermon (July 21, 2019), Campus Ministry leader Daniel Lauterbach preaches and conducts live demonstration on Jesus' parable of the man stranded on the Jericho road who was brought by a random stranger to an inn to recover (a parable of Christ in the New Testament on loving thy neighbor), utilizing it as a catalyst for understanding how Christ calls us in all aspects of life (ie. evangelism, work, errands, fellowship, etc.) to love and serve one another, thus reflecting Jesus' life as the Son of Man to do so in of the Father's will for him to die on the cross for our sins.

In this sermon, Pastor Kelly Boyd briefly chronicles his early discipleship life as a learner and teacher of the gospel with his friend and eventual roommate, Priestly, as he discusses the importance of devoting one's life daily to serving the Lord our God through all of our being, and that this way of living is meant to be taught to future generations in accordance with building God's kingdom.

In this Sunday sermon (June 30th, 2019), brother Daniel Lauterbach preaches on God's Mercy and how he calls for us throughout our lives, no matter how sinful and difficult they are, so that we may rest in the fullness of the life he provides.

In this Sunday sermon (June 23rd, 2019), Pastor Kelly Boyd references the story of Namon's cured Leprosy in 2 Kings, along with Jesus' question "what do you think?" in Matthew 21:28, as he preaches on the need to accept the truth of God's creation of us and, in turn, hold ourselves accountable for our sins in this life, essentially owning up to our giving into temptations, slights of frustration, and so on that we struggle with almost daily as disciples and followers of Christ.
