When we ask the question.. "How do we let go of the outcome"?..  What we are really asking is, how can I trust that what I've asked for if I'm not trying to control and stress out over the way that it does...  We were programmed to feel the need to "work hard" at things we didn't want to do, and to "NOT" trust the process... That the actual process was to believe that there was nothing on the other end of our actions that would help us achieve what we wanted... so we need to work EXTRA hard to get what we asked for...  This fear of not being able to get what we want without killing ourselves for it creates an equation where the "END GAME" or result becomes super super valuable and important to us... Making us stress and get anxious any time that our mind doesn't see evidence of us getting closer to it... This is contradictory

Today we talk about what I believe holds the key to being the most important part of our relationship to ourselves, and as a result the relationship to others. Using the mirror method to shift out of our toxic relationship cycle. What is it that we are trying to free ourselves from when we end a toxic relationship and look to enter into a new healthy relationship.. We are typically looking to rid our reality and our lives from all of the lying, pain and manipulation that we experienced in the relationship we were in... So we leave and begin to do one of two things.. We either run from the old relationship ranting and raving about all of the flaws of the other person and how they did this, that and the other thing TO you... and you are so happy to be finally free!!!.. Responding with LOVE inside of a world that has been and is currently consumed by fear.. It is one of the most challenging parts of any human awakening process Spiritual or otherwise, As far as the collective narrative there is one thing that is clear.. If there is a human that sees the "fear" in the world as it is and is not outraged and in FIGHT mode.. Then it is assumed that this human is irresponsible or not an informed human.. It is easy to see that someone not responding from the emotion of fear or outrage or anger or rage would be looked at as part of the "problem".. WE SHOULD BE SCARED and outraged at all of the different story lines that are being shown to us every day!! But here is the trick.. The paradox if you will of why YOU came here... Why are you drawn to this idea that if we respond to the thing we don't want to see.... in the same format and energy of what we don't want to see.... Then we are creating more of it.. Responding with LOVE in a world consumed by fear simply means that you underst

This is something that truly is not presented in the ways we are about to discuss it very often.. We typically want to fight the moment we are in.. believing that it could never have been something we created... and then from that place of resistance, we try and "manifest" a new "better" reality .. But if we don't get to the source code of perception we have regarding the current moment, Then trying to manifest a new one that's better will not work.. It will have underneath it the exact same if not worse emotional construct of the moment you are trying to change . A way for you to release yourself from the limiting run on sentence mind that is literally the fog between you and your reality.. that means you are disconnected from the moment by the play by play your mind offers to you about it... What it will do..  It will allow you to finally (slowly at first, and then more and more easily) separate from your "mind" (ego and also mind identification with "things") and experience life as it is... Reality as it is... As YOU are a part of.. Why is it important..  Because when we believe we are separate from the flow of life we begin to live in resistance to it. Living in resistance to it creates blocks inside of us that we re live perpetually as our mental and behavioral patterns.
