We unconsciously go through our lives initially learning the world.. the things in it.. and what they are called. We also go through applying meanings to those things based on the story life we are living... There are subjective meanings that we apply based on what we believe..  and we live to the limitations of those labels.. Once you awaken to the consciousness that is able to go beyond the word... Loops are created in our lives unconsciously ... and they are created from the believes in some fashion that we are not enough.. These believes create patterns of behavior that we end up seeing so much evidence of that we use the evidence to confirm the believe... Making it tough to separate from the negative loop... I  used to use social media literally as one giant dopamine hit... Co Dependently fueling an addiction to distractions every time I picked up my phone... I still find myself using it as a "feel good" tool sometimes.. But now .. I watch this play out.. instead of emotionally attach to what's happening.. and through that I can use my behavior and expectation on social media.. to really dive into what it is under the surface that I am trying to distract myself from... and with that ..
