Some believe that we are just the radio... That when we die... or the radio breaks... the music is lost forever ....   I believe that we are the music ... and Our bodies are the radio that allows whatever we choose to listen to in our lives to flow through us...  We are the music.. and we are the expression of whatever frequency we tune into...  The radios can breakdown and die... But the music will inspire forever..

When it comes to the label and behavior that a " failure " can lead to emotionally...  It can be devastating to the EGO that has determined it a failure for you...  Needing it to be a certain way to consider it a success is the number one factor in emotionally aligning with your identity as a perceived " failure " in your eyes or anyone else. Today I encourage you to know and understand that your life is a constant evolving process of perfection to the soul that uses your body to navigate this world...  There is no time line.. no expectation .. only pure positive energy that flows through you.. Unless the EGO resists that be feeling it needs control... You are right where you are supposed to be always .. and a failure is just an unfolding of gathering new information ... and evolving .. gathering information... and evolving ...  dissolve the ego and listen to it's narrative ... Sometimes this Universe has very powerful ways of allowing us to see for ourselves the absurd lack of evidence we have when listening to a voice that tells us we are less than.. or that we CAN'T...  I confronted this old limiting story head on this weekend at the Westchester Triathlon ... and it was one of the most pivotal moments of my life so far ...   Always question the frame of reference that limiting voice is using to scare you into complacency ...  You are a greater force than that voice could ever imagine ...
