Thank you so much for listening today !   This topic is where I believe the most fun can be had..  The DAY we realize that the old story is where our perceptions were created... and if we don't like the life those beliefs are manifesting for us... We can separate from that story... and use some of the check systems we talk about in this show to create our new perceptions..  and Live the Life we want from the HEART..   Have the best day!

I spent most of my unconscious past ... Dwelling on things that " Could have been" .. Relationships that I .. "Lost"  .. and Opportunities that I failed miserably at..  These perspectives became my defining outlook on each present moment that came and went.. creating an endless loop of a negative outlook, low expectations of myself and the universe...   There is a way to let go of those perspectives.. and the pain or emotion that you've attached to it.  Today we answer Steves question and I share some processes that changed my life. : )

Everything  in your life is actually 2 things....  The Wanted, and the UNwanted of it.   Each moment presents us with a choice... It asks us what position we want to choose about whatever it is showing us... Do we want to feel the Wanted ...  Meaning the way that we want to feel when imagining something .... or do we want to feel the UNwanted.. which is being in a negative state because we don't yet have the thing ...   SCHRODINGER's CAT is a thought experiment from the 30's that shows us just how 2 possible outcomes exist at all times....  to everything we are experiencing ... Positive ... or Negative .. WE CHOOSE  : )))))))    We dive right into it in this Episode !! Thank you so much for being here with me !!

 In sales You may think how you communicate with the outside world or reality is the most important thing in life...  The words we choose have a dramatic effect on what we manifest.. our performance and results.. and also how the world and people perceive what it is we are saying ....  Well, before we fine tune the verbiage we choose to use with the outside world... Consider listening to the words we choose to address ourselves.. our desires.. our relationships,, and what we believe is possible for us...  How we speak and sell ourselves on what is possible is where creating your new reality begins...  Thank you for being here with me !!!!

It's not about being in a Good Mood all of the time... That line of thinking and expectation isn't reasonable or really even possible ... If that were true there would be no potential for growth beyond that state...  We are capable of turning Bad Moods into Better Moods by stopping the momentum the moment we become aware of the unwanted state we find ourselves in....   Here are 3 life hacks I use to do just that !!  Have the best day ever !

 We are meeting Ourselves in every interaction we have with another person....   We are either running and hiding... acting a part... or connection with a part of ourselves we either love or hate...  The reflection of ourselves we can find in our reality and in our days can tell us a lot about why on the surface ... it would appear that Opposites attract ...   and in Magnets and Science they do .... But at our core... their is only one force at play... Your Frequency regarding that area of your life....  That frequency and Vibe.. will always bring that to you...    That frequency you put out .... and the situations it returns to you... NO MATTER what they look like...  will always be a perfect match!  Thank you for listening !!  Have the best day ever !!!!

There's someone in there with you... Friend or Foe ...  Support or Judgement ..  Confident or Insecure ..  You believe that you are the compilation of all of these characters ... But..There is strength in knowing that YOU are the one aware of all of these versions,,  and YOU get to choose who comes along for the ride...  When you start to feel that you are "too Identified" with one of these Characters ... You just may feel your Higher Self... SMIRKING at you.... waiting with love patiently for you to understand you are limitless love.. and have access to Infinity ...   Have the best day ever !!

Sometimes when our new good feeling normal runs into challenges.. It's easy to fall back down into the rabbit hole of disbelief and negative alignment ...  In this episode we look at first becoming aware of where you are in relation to where you were.... and most importantly .. where you are in relation to the version of you that you want to be !  Have the best day !!!!    :)

This scale... and viewing things from a vibrational  " UP DOWN "  state of observation vs a life halting .. FORWARD or BACKWARD progress state... This way of looking at the reflection of realities and experiences in your life.. absolutely has the potential to help you create what you want with less resistance and become hyper aware of where your blocks are.. WHY your blocks are there.. and How to reduce them, heal them and move beyond them...   Have FUN and Have the Best Day!!!!!!!

We perceive the level of reality we experienced based on what we believe the world has to offer us... and what we can offer the world...  Changing the things we say to ourselves is the first part of the process to understand our behaviors .. and our true potential..   Have the best day !!!

Sometimes its easier to find a distraction.. a person.. an achievement or a substance that makes us feel the part of us we think we are lacking..   The level that I was able to overcome any unhealthy addictions in my life.... was equal to the level of honesty and allowing I was letting myself ask the question WHY..?

I always thought that being motivated was the goal... Finding something and motivating yourself to DO, ACHIEVE, ACCOMPLISH, or ATTAIN.. something.   I would use the carrot at the end of the stick method to give me the thought process I needed.. to create the desire to move towards or take action for what I said I wanted...  I realize now that motivation seems to be required when I'm involved in something that I don't "Fully" align with.. but need to do.  I realized that there is another word... Inspiration... and when we are Inspired to do something....   that aligns with our hearts.. the Universe will wrap itself around you and deliver all of the things you ever wanted.

Think of your Radio .. and its antenna ...  the music and information is not inside of it.. but it is required to access the vibration of frequency what you want to listen to is on..  We work the same way... You are antenna .. and all around you is every idea, thought, or song ever created... and that ever will be created .. it exists all at once at the same time... We choose what we want to tune into and experience.. Good.. or Bad... We choose..  Better things exist on higher frequencies than Lower ones...  Your only job is to find the ways to tune into the frequencies you want to experience life on ... Not to dive into problems at the same negative energy level that was needed to created them... Choose to be happy and tune into the higher vibration resonating all around you ..ALWAYS...  Let's practice this together in every moment we can...   Much Love ... ~ Pat
