I was asked in an Interview about my experience helping new investors and specifically what has been the difference between helping Men and Women start.

Sometimes people talk about Multi Family like it is this mythical thing and bigger is always better.  Well maybe.

As we approach 100 students in my Online Course I thought it was time to share what I am seeing and learning from the group.  It is clear the group is full of buys professionals interested in buy/hold and that want to reduce their risk.

I get asked all the time, why are you focused on Creating Pride of Ownership Rentals?  Frankly I enjoy the process of turning an ugly slumlord property into a great rental.  Which is great but I do it because I firmly believe Pride of Ownership rentals should have been what I bought 15 years ago and didn't as I bought Cheap property and wasted my money.
