Today is part two of our week with Jay Light, and to close out the week we have Orrin Porter Rockwell. Orrin isn't too well known a name outside of Mormondom, but if you're Mormon and don't know who he is, you're fucking up your religion. Also if I had known about this psychopath earlier I wouldn't have made so many golden plates and magic underwear jokes about this kooky religion, cuz Orrin was a badass. Gotta sift through some tall tales to get the truth, but still a bad dude. Enjoy!

Words do not do enough justice to explain the anger I feel at not having heard of General Butt Naked until 2020. This dude was bananas ass crazy in the funnest way that war criminals can be. If the name and the picture didn't give it away, this dude fought butt ass naked. Not like fist fights, but full blown wars. Also we are joined by friend of the show, Jay Light and had a lot of fun making fun of this psychopath African warlord with him. Enjoy!

Today we're talking about badass sky warrior, Charles McGee. He flew with the Tuskegee Airmen and fucked up some Axis forces in World War 2. Then he went to Korea and Vietnam and kept up his hard charging, air dominating ways. He may not have the same high number of planes shot down of some pilots, but he made up for it by regularly blowing the shit out of ground forces and offering important reconnaissance information. Also dude was born in 1919 and he's still kicking, that alone is an accomplishment.

It's time for another trip into old timey Chicago's mobland, because there's no shortage of goombas and boy do they bring the violence. Today it's Harry Aleman, whose nickname of "The Hook" is for thankfully non-awful reasons. He lived life as your average Italian gangster stereotype. A track suit here, a meatball recipe there, and lots of murdering. What sets him apart is he's one of the few people in American history to be tried twice for the same murder. But the whole ride is plenty fun. Enjoy!

Robert Hansen was a hyper self aware psychopath who knew he was trash, but boy did he love rape, and hunting hookers. He was basically a dude who turned The Most Dangerous Game and Andy Dufresne's first few moments in prison into a lifestyle. Look, I think we can all agree that baseball is the worst sport ever created and it'd be more fun to watch two blind amputees play badminton. That being said, Billy Martin brought something to the sport that actually made it entertaining, a ton of fights and absolute batshittery. This dude fought everyone he could for any reason he could muster up. He was also the coach during the infamous 10 cent beer night. Every team needs to get themselves at least one Billy Martin, stat.

Today we have a full family of psychos for you, the Benders. They left quite an impact on the state of Kansas back in the old timey days. And it's like that old saying goes, the family that murders travelers together for the thrill, stays together. Something like that anyways. There's a lot of mystery and controversy around the real story and what happened to the Benders in the end, but we did our best to compile all the accurate (or at least fun) stuff together. Enjoy!

Whew boy, do we have a monster for you today, dear listeners. Carl Panzram did a lot of terrible things throughout his life while riding the boxcars like all the old timey hobos did. I don't want to spoil anything, but I'm pretty sure his official title was King of Sodomy. He also did fun things too. Like stealing yachts, breaking out of prisons, and murdering a person or 20. This week we're taking a break from the war heroes to bring you some real top shelf garbage monsters. First up is Donald "Pee Wee" Gaskins, a serial killer who was best known for (aside from the, ya know, murders) knowing what it's like to be on both sides of a rape. Plenty of brutality abound, along with a couple hilarious jail breaks, some marriages that failed, and the saddest "wait, that's my real name?" story I've ever heard. Enjoy!

We're gonna close out the week with another World War 2 soldier from the UK, this time Scotland. Tommy Mac was a dedicated and hilarious psychopath. And man am I glad he was on the Allied side during the war. From hilarious escapes to achievement unlocking kills, this dude did nothing but bonkers shit. And he did it all while wearing a kilt, because why not?

Today we're gonna talk about Digby Tatham-Warter, which is the most British name I've ever heard in my life. Also he's further proof that during World War 2 every British person was a goddamn psychopath. He was part of the nightmare that was Operation Market Garden, and the glorious success that was Operation Pegasus. And though it all, he never lost his cool. Because he was obviously batshit insane. But in honestly one of the funnest ways I've read about. Enjoy!

We opened this week up with a Russian that loved killing and we're closing it out with an American who could not be killed until he decided he was done with life. Jack Lucas decided that he was old enough for World War 2 before his balls finished dropping and well, he was kinda right. He killed some people, he saved some people, and he survived more than anyone should. He also got a Medal of Honor before he was old enough to legally buy porno. That's a thing people used to do by the way. Anyways, enjoy!

Welcome back, dear listeners! It is time for us to journey back to the land the gods have forgotten, Russia. This time we're gonna talk about Roza Shanina, a Russian sniper from World War 2 who looks more like she should be the face of a butter company marketing to fat midwest housewives or something. But damn could she shoot. She burned the candle at both ends, and all those other cliched phrases about living way too fast and doing a lot of bonkers shit super quick. Enjoy!

She put in an impressively high amount of work over the decades of committing her less than acceptable acts, and put up a pretty decent body count. Also ruined a lot of plumbing. What's that mean? Today we'll be going in a far different direction than we did in our last episode. We're going to talk about Robert F. Williams, a black activist that inspired other black activists who went on to be way more famous than him, but he did some major ass kicking to lead the way. Dude had gunfights with the Klan and pulled guns on racist cops who tried to feed him to a mob. He also fought hard against segregation and was ultimately driven out of the country for it. Definitely a guy worth learning about. Enjoy!

Today we'll be visiting the great (ha!) city of Sacramento to talk about Richard Chase. I won't lie to you dear listeners, this one gets rough. It starts off bonkers crazy and somehow always manages to outdo itself. Also you can hear friend of the show/Tim's roommate angrily yelling in the background so you can know that at certain points in this story, you are not alone. So make sure you use headphones for this one, or at least that you're alone, and enjoy our most fucked up person yet!

Over the years I've learned about a lot of people who kept lists. Santa Clause (from other kids, I was raised Jewish so we just had a shitty candle holder), repo men, that weird kid in high school who you should always be nice to just in case, so on and so forth. Today's person falls into the weirdo category, and boy did he follow through with that list. Even picked up some extra names. Dude had a lot of stuff going on, and it all culminated into the dumbest name for a killing, The Walk of Death. Enjoy!

If you know anything about how nicknames work, "Mad Dog" is usually not a great sign for a person's mental state after all. It's time again to go back to the 1800s, this time to talk about Chief Victorio of the Apache. All he wanted to do was chill on his people's land in New Mexico, and not to spoil anything but, the US government was super not ok with that. So off to war Victorio went. If you know anything about history you know that it doesn't end great for him or his people, but dude puts in some serious work along the way. Even the US Army credits him as a great leader and brilliant tactician. Enjoy!
