Henry Wirz started out life as a simple Swiss businessman who liked getting paid just a little too much. Then he got busted for not being very good at it and had to leave. That's not where the bad names end either, since this dude picks up a nickname that I'm sure was badass at one point in history, but super didn't age well. To say that he was a colossal piece of shit is to undersell both the words "colossal" and "shit." But man, he did some hilarious stuff while setting the bar for garbage leaders throughout history. Today we're headed to America's heartland, the midwest. AKA, the fattest and most boring part. But while Verne Miller, the man we'll be talking about, managed to do a metric shit ton of different things in his life, he was neither fat nor boring. He treated real life like a Fallout game, just jumped from side quest to side quest, occasionally did a main quest, then murdered whoever he felt like. And along the way he connected with some real famous, and equally dangerous, people. He lived fast, but he definitely didn't leave a beautiful corpse. Anyway, enjoy!

Amy Archer-Gilligan and Harold Shipman took on different kind of patients, but they both came to the same conclusion, "these bodies don't have enough poison in them." Which is pretty shoddy medical work if I'm being honest. It doesn't take a whole PHD to figure that out.
