A Twitter post in 2012 lead to Tessa starting a campaign to promote Gluten Free foods in Calgary (and the GFYYC campaign) which then lead Tessa to attend a social media conference in May 2014. When most people win a championship at any level, they are pretty much satisfied. It is my view, that 11 world championship kickboxing & karate titles is not enough for Maeghen Cotterill and that when Covid opens up across the globe and injuries have fully healed, Maeghen will continue pursuing more world titles.  Of course, Maeghen’s athletic accomplishments were obtained in parallel to training thousands of students ranging from young children to adults of all abilities. Bruce started his business in 2020 during the Covid pandemic and really provides inspiration for other entrepreneurs that are waiting for the “gate” to open.
