Companies realize employees need more support, yet there is a shortage of therapists, a lack of training on emotional intelligence and mentorship for leaders, and the rest of a team who feels left in the dark and overworked.Let’s start the conversation.*It is important to note we are not Doctors. Mental Health Awareness is still a challenge in being recognized and difficult to diagnose, as it is not always an obvious behavior to address.
