I talked about sleep, improving it, and making sense of it. This is truly something I am struggling with still but I'm working on it! 1. Prioritzation When I was in track back in high school I prioritized my sleep a ton! This led to me getting a lot of sleep and it was a routine pretty much. Sure I had my off days but they were the exception and definitely not the rule.This includes when you want to go to sleep. Are you prioritizing gaming, social media, etc. over sleepingThink of it like Radiator Springs in Cars – Try to go for the ease in preparing to sleep. Don’t open it back up at night. Every distraction has the potential to wake you up. Sometimes you will have to get up to take care of some things and that's okay. Waking up on time 2. Let every part of your life reflect your message. Choose to have an all-encompassing life because you are an all-encompassing person. Matthew 6:18-21. It's good if you are able to help people out with what you do. If you are not able to do that then make sure that you put parts of your message into your work and school life. This will make it all the more fun and enjoyable.             I can think of times where I was able to share something that I was learning in my personal self-development with my class and it was always a lot of fun to do that. It helps you to know that you are on the right track.

Ep#32 – Providing Immediate Value Give -  Have something to give to help out. For me I was giving out pieces of gum each day of college to random students. This helped me meet a lot of new people. It also gives you a purpose for something to do. Listen - It's been said that if you are really listening to someone you will always know what to say. Journey - Life was meant to be a bit unpredictable. I've had some great experiences just walking with people a bit and trying to get a feel for how they're doing. Wow! Are we really on episode #25 already? That's amazing! This past week has been extremely influential for me. My laptop has been struggling a lot today. I can feel for it.Last week I reached out to a lot of people about being on the podcast and learning about podcasting. I had surgery last Friday, and I've learned TONS in just the last few days and had to share. In all honesty the lessons I shared here are things that I already believed and have experienced, I've just forgotten them.
