Thanks for playing along!   Also, guest Stuart Armstrong has studied the famed Saratoga Lakehouses of the 1920s-50's.  These were old nigh tclubs that featured some famous entertainers like Bing Crosby, Desi Arnaz and the like.  Interesting history of these places that pursued gambling and copious liquor consumption despite the strict laws of the time.
