Team Flash detects Fuerza in Keystone City, so Barry and "Nora" leave to combat her, but she's not there. Barry meets Alexa Rivera, but "Nora" believes Alexa to be Fuerza and berates her. At Frost's trial, Kramer moves to punish Frost by having her take the meta-human cure as opposed to 10-20 years in prison. Caitlin is distraught by this and has her mother test if the cure would harm Frost. Cisco helps Caitlin and Allegra break into CCPD, and Allegra distracts Kramer while Caitlin neutralizes the doses of cure.
