An Unscripted Woman Podcast

This is the first chapter that I really dig into the stories of masculine energy and my experience of it as a woman. In doing so, I also explore how I wasn't able to even get to that conversation with myself until I really started to sit with my identity as a woman and how I had essentially dissociated from from that until my first pregnancy "outted me" and forced my hand. This is the story about how I actively participated in my own shame, and how once I could face it - with compassion - I was able to more fully access and leverage some of my favorite parts of myself.
