One thing I can say about Robin is she knows what she wants and what she wants is a career, I mentioned while recording this episode that to me Robin felt like a pre Becky character and we saw how Jesse reacted to her, he was infatuated, because she represented exactly the time of woman he would want to settle down and raise a family with. Girls like Jill Jesse's on again/off again fling, is the type of woman you can have fun with but not someone you would consider for a serious relationship at least from Jesse's perspective as he shrugs her off immediately because he only has eyes for Robin.
