In the first episode of 2023, I shared a Zoom call with Ange Helie, a native of Banff, Alberta and the founder of AfterGlow, a lifestyle coaching business she has spent the better part of 15 years getting established.  Her concerted efforts lead to recently opening a studio on Banff Avenue, which most folks associate with a street level view of Cascade Mountain on a post-card! Ange has both the “professional” and “life” credentials to back up her work including a 2-year personal training certificate from Camosun College in Victoria and regularly competing as a Crossfit athlete in the fitness centers across Banff!
