Latosha Frye is a compassionate community mental health professional and advocate who has been called to bring forth change with hope, awareness, and restoration of community supports.  For several years, Latosha has worked and served for many state, private, and non-profit organizations in the Richmond and Tidewater areas; in programs that service adults and youth within the frameworks of mental health, juvenile & domestic relations, and disability supports. After witnessing the community suffer while battling personal adversities, she has evolved into a visionary of hope with a mission to rise up and fight for others that are unknown to their internal power.Empowering Hope is purposed to inspire and encourage the practice of embracing and declaring the light through the midst of adversities, bondage, or warfare.
