Above anything, I want to apologize for the Herp A Derp absence. Moving again into a new space took longer for me to settle that my previous shift. This episode is my thought process of everything that has been going on in my head. I feel the episode is important to listen to and understand how hard we can be on ourselves with life's curveballs altering perceptions of ourselves versus reality. Seasons change and I'm finding ruts in a time of transition. As if I am jogging in circles - from all different angles.
