November kicks off the season of giving and counting our blessings. The season also brings nostalgic feelings. Feelings of longing for long-gone moments that are now memories we hold so tightly it becomes overwhelming to think about. We overthink and desire the feelings in the hope it would make us feel that great again and want to bring with us into the present moment. We always have so many great things to be thankful for this time of year. Our loved ones, dear friends, pets, health and all the above. Something that I am especially grateful for this year is experiencing a chance to start over again.
