Gabriela Egito is a Brazilian filmmaker and journalist based in Los Angeles. Three of the films she wrote and directed won coast to coast across America. Her short film Stuffed won six awards and three nominations, including Best Foreign Short at the Las Vegas Film Festival. Synergy won the Platinum Remi Award at WorldFest Houston and the Merit Award at the Awareness Film Festival (LA). Taken for Granted won the Special Jury Remi Award in Houston and was nominated Best Foreign Project at Central Florida Film Festival.
