Hope In The Dark

What comes up when you hear the word S L O W?   Is there resistance? Frustration? Restriction?    I want to explore this concept with the framework of the gift of slow...   We experience these 'speed bumps' along our journey that challenge our experience and enjoyment of life, but instead of staying in a 'victim' mindset of scarcity, let's recognize that these experiences are inviting us to our highest.   It just may not look like how we thought it would.   Slow manifesting realizes that we have visions of what we want to create and put into the world, while noticing the egoic expectation for all of the things to happen NOW.    But we have the amazing opportunity to PLAY in this world. And when we recognize that it doesn't have to look like anyone else's life, we let go of the 'neediness' to manifest in this moment.    When we give ourselves space to simply BE, magical things happen in their own time...   Let's move into the week with the intention to manifest from a willingness to be slow, and quiet our mind
