She is running for a District 27 Senate seat in the state of Florida at a young age, and is new to campaigning, but Rachel Brown has been fighting for the sake of good for several years. As a student of our very own Florida Gulf Coast University, her project Sunrise SWFL worked to establish a "Green New Deal" and advocates funding climate change initiatives while also fueling the local economy. This is only the beginning of Rachel's story, and it was a pleasure to speak with her.
