Steven Gabriele Jr. is opening Catharsis Tattoos in Naples very soon, and it was a privilege to get to speak with him on a personal and professional level. He tells us about some of his time in the U.S. Navy, beginning his career as a tattoo artist, and we talk in length about lots of tattooing technicalities. There is definitely a difference between a "tattooer" and a "tattoo artist". It is not only up to the artist to know this distinction, but also on the clients.
