How do you say Torulaspora Delbrueckii? We have NO IDEA, but it's a yeast that gives unique flavors to Hefeweissens, which is what we are sampling today! Ya know, in the springtime, you want a refreshing, lighter beer to go with the budding of flowers and grass growing, don't ya? What better example of that than the old stanby-by Hefes?
