We discussed the history of compliance and corruption in Uzbekistan and the steps the government has taken to increase compliance through laws like public procurement and creating an anti-corruption agency. Khayot then provides insight into the two biggest challenges faced in 2020, communication and conducting effective investigations, as well as emphasizing the importance of leadership buy-in.
