All of North Carolina and South Carolina have a potential for seeing severe weather Thursday. James Brierton offers an update from Charlotte, where some of the worst weather is expected. Other hard hit areas are expected to be in the western North Carolina high country, Peidmont as well as the upstate and Midlands of South Carolina.
