Mike Zimmer finally beat Matt Nagy’s team in a place that has caused the Vikings fits over the years. There were even points last night where it look like it would again, like that Cordarrelle Patterson hundred and 4 yard kickoff return, but due to a combination of Vikings defensive improvement and bears offensive inadequacies, that was it. The Vikings defense went on to cause a 3 and out, 3 and out, 3 and out, 3 and out, turnover on downs, and another turnover on downs to stop any more points being scored against them. Wow!  It wasn’t all the defense either. The Vikings never went away from the run even thought the Bears tried to shut it down. They did keep Dalvin Cook to 3.2 yards per carry, but he was not stopped. It was a balanced execution where Kirk Cousins
