Good morning Horners! Aren’t victory Monday’s great? Your Minnesota Vikings ran all over the Detroit Lions on the way to a 34-20 win. Dalvin Cook was again the star with 252 all purpose yards, 206 of them on the ground. He had a 9.4 yard per play average. That is outstanding and murmurs of MVP are starting to rise. Adrian Peterson watched and was impressed if you saw his expressions. He wasn’t the only one either. Where you?  For the second week in a row, the Vikes seemed to have found a winning formula with improved O-line play, running the rock and limiting Kirk Cousins to 20 passing attempts. It was an efficient game plan by the offense. Will it carryover to next Monday night against the better defense of the Chicago Bears?  The defense was still a cobbled together unit with even Chris Jones playing at corner.
