How Star Wars Is It?

This was gonna be a timely episode with Disney's release of the new live-action Mulan, but the good ol' global pandemic has thrown off everybody's plans, giant movie studios and little baby podcasts alike. And yet WE'RE still releasing this episode! Ball's in your court DISNEY. You COWARDS. Anyway, we're talking about the original animated Mulan this week! Your beloved hosts hadn't seen this movie in a grip, and y'all?? Mulan rules! It's a ding dang gosh darn good fucking movie! Mike and Josiah talk a LOT about the amazing songs, the many superficial Star Wars similarities, and get a liiiittle deep talking about Mulan's significance as a feminist film and its significance in the LGBTQ+ community. I know right?? It's like, we actually thought about it and analyzed it and everything! And of course Mike introduces a Who's That Quotemon style game called Mushu Mushu Mushu or Marsha Marsha Marsha.
