Since we are talking a lot about mental health this month, I wanted to share something that really affects mine… having a routine!!! And with any routine, it’s going to be a series of habits (good and bad) that we do over and over again. In fact, you already have one… whether you realize it or not. Which is why this is so powerful. You may not think you need a routine but you’re actually sitting in a routine at this very moment that is actually making your life hearder!
