Hi lovely, We’re almost there! Almost at the end of 2020...phewf. It has been a tough year, there is no denying it. But it’s so important that rather than just writing it off altogether, we do take a moment to reflect and take a closer look at the year we’ve been through and in particular what we did manage to make happen in our lives despite it all.  You have. You have had ideas and dreams that have come to life. There are things you wrote into your Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020 at the start of the year that are now in existence in your life today. You did that. And so, before we all close our Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020 journals for good, we have a bonus exercise for you: A Final Reflection, where you take a look back at what you wrote in your journal a year ago and see which of those dreams and ideas that were first written into the pages of your journal, did in fact become a reality.  We want you all to see that even during a global pandemic, you did still bring some of your dreams and ideas to life.
