Happy New Year!  And welcome to a brand new decade ✨✨✨ Now we know people can be in very different places at the start of the year. You might be raring to go, ready with your focus for 2020 and already taking action. Or you might be gently easing your way into this new decade, taking the first month or so as a bit of a warm up to the year ahead. The key, as always, is to take it at your own pace.  So if you haven’t done your Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020 journal yet, then don’t panic, you have plenty of time.
