It is always a good day when I get to visit with Blayne Prowse. Blayne has become a good friend and we have plans to spend some time together this year at his home on the island of Haida Gwaii off of the BC coast. We'll be fly fishing for Coho Salmon and sea-run cutthroat, and I heard him mention deep-sea fishing for Tuna. I sure hope that can happen. I've never caught Tuna before. In the first eight minutes of the episode I get to indulge my fascination with riding on ferries and listeners will get re-acquainted with Blayne and what he is all about over at Stumpstalker Archery. Then we get into the plans for my visit in September. The last half of the show is focused on getting started in primitive archery and sharpening broadheads for bowhunting success.
