Hey!Welcome to the intro to the I Needed This Podcast.My name is David Bennett and this is something I wanted to do for a while now. I am a certified life coach, a life skills worker, and just a person who genuinely cares about other people.Here is the reason why I want to do a podcast.If you are like me, you wake up everyone morning with a mental checklist.
