Hope In The Dark

As someone who feels SO MUCH, I know how overwhelming it can be when you are not in an aligned space, leading to people pleasing to avoid tension or resistance.   As I recently experienced the house to myself for the first time...EVER(?), I was able to feel the space, energy, and what it REALLY looks like when we get to create the life we want.   And the outcome? We're all superheroes!   We each have our incredible power that is there is help us take steps toward the life we desire. Many don't recognize it, leading to feeling stuck or stagnant in a life that is just "working."   And we're kind of addicted to it! We aren't "doing it right" if our efforts don't feel hard or heavy. Wrong!    You can experience a life full of joy in this moment, a joy that comes from an anchored, sustained place from within.
