David holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from Liberty University and is a veteran of the Army National Guard. David has personally invested in real estate since 2015 and now owns and manages a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio. He primarily focuses on deal analysis to ensure all deals are smart, safe, and sound investments.He says his success is due to buying highly discounted properties and adding value to these properties through forced appreciation. He’s married to Hanna, and have been together since high school in 2007. Together they have 3 children and currently reside in Chesterfield, Virginia.
